  •  New Business Development

    Vividminds is looking for a sales representative to join our team. The right candidate will have exceptional sales skills and a knack for listening, learning, understanding and educating prospective clients. We are looking for specific candiadtes that have 2-4+ years of experience in creative design and marketing consultancy.

    • Conducts industry research.
    • Identifies and qualifies leads.
    • Initiates contact to make potential clients aware of services.
    • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
    • Follows up with all prospects through systematic mailings, phone calls, appointments and correspondence.
    • Gives capabilities presentations.
    • Maintains a contact tracking database and produces periodic reports on activities and opportunities.

The right candidate will have a passion for storytelling through digital tools including multiple programming languages and frameworks. This position is an integral part of our design team, so excellent technical skills must be paired with an eye for design. The successful candidate must have at least 6 years of digital development experience in a diverse, creative environment. The Kinetic Designer plays the role on our UX team of bringing concepts and ideas for digital design to life by working very closely with our team of Interaction and Visual designers in a highly collaborative culture.

Because our clients are from many different industries, we take on a large diversity of projects: brand identity systems, printed collateral, textiles, illustrations, retail environments, packaging, user interfaces, and more. The Designer will be a member of the Vividminds creative team, working under the direction of the Creative Director. The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, executing, measuring and evaluating social media programs for a wide variety of clients.
    A successful candidate will have minimum of 3 to 4 years professional social media work experience, including demonstrated success using social media to grow a consumer brand through creative out of the box thinking that drives measurable results. He/she will have knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare and YouTube platforms; integration of tools and third-party applications. Advanced knowledge of how to leverage social networking sites, tools, plugins, video & photo sharing sites, etc. is required.

    Primary responsibilities and skills include:
